Refund policy

Our products are digital files that you can download right away, so all sales are final once the files are delivered.

We will always make it right if something is wrong with a file. If a file won't open, is missing pages, or doesn't match its product description, email hello@confettidesk.com within 14 days of purchase. We'll send a corrected file, or refund you in full if we can't fix it.

Refunds go back to your original payment method through Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. They usually take 5–10 business days to appear.
