Downloads
What do I get when I buy?
A PDF download (or, for spreadsheets, a link to copy the Google Sheet). Nothing is shipped.
How do I get my files?
Right after checkout you get an email from Dodo Payments, our payment provider, with your download links. If you lose it, the same email lets you re-download your files.
I didn't get the email.
Check your Promotions and Spam folders first. Still nothing? Email hello@confettidesk.com with the address you used at checkout and we'll send your files.
Printing
What paper size are the files?
Every PDF comes in US Letter (8.5 × 11 in) and A4.
How should I print?
Open the PDF, choose the file that matches your paper, and print at 100% / "actual size". Regular printer paper works; cardstock is nice for bingo cards and game cards.
Can I print at a store?
Yes. Save the PDF to your phone or a USB stick and any local print shop can print it for you.
Can I type into the pages?
Products marked "fillable" have type-in fields. They work best in Adobe Acrobat Reader (free) or Preview on a Mac.
Using the printables
How many copies can I print?
As many as you need for your own household, party or classroom.
Can I share the file with friends?
Please send them to our shop instead. Your purchase covers your own household or event. See our license for details.
Orders and payment
Who processes my payment?
Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. They handle payment, sales tax and your receipt, so your card details never touch our site.
Can I get a refund?
Because files download instantly, sales are final. If a file is broken or doesn't match its description, email us within 14 days and we'll fix it or refund you.
